QI INNOVATIONS FOUNDER
As the founder of QI Innovations, Nikki Nikruto has a M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and almost 30 years of experience in quality improvement, project management, and organizational development. She served as a Senior Implementation Project Manager for extendedReach software for over 400 social service agencies, developed numerous program/department Policy & Procedure manuals and quality improvement plans, and facilitated the completion of over 100 license/contract applications for programs across the U.S.
